Refunds & returns
If you need to return a standard physical item, message me within 14 calendar days of delivery. Send it back by mail, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. I pay when the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. I don't charge a restocking fee. Custom or personalized pieces and delivered digital patterns are final sale unless something is wrong. I issue refunds to the original payment method after I receive and inspect the return. Every order is packed with care and shipped through USPS with tracking, so you can follow your happy mail on its way!
Ready to ship items: Ship within 1–3 days of placing your order.
Made to order items: Typically ship within 5–7 days while I crochet your item and get it ready for its trip.
These timelines cover preparation only and do not include USPS transit time. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by postal delays.
